Super great news - acutally it's been a super great week!
On Thursday Robert made the rank of Eagle Scout. YAHOO!
Saturday moring Betsy is looking at email while waiting for Robert's track meet to start and sees an email from CES. She wasn't sure what it was, but quickly earned when the first few words were:
"Dear Devon,
Congratulations on being accepted to Bringham Young University's Provo Campus." or something like that.
Oh my goodness. I went crazy. I called Mark right away, but wasn't able to call Devon because we were letting him sleep in since he worked so late the night before. This kills me. I keep waiting and waiting until the time finally says 10:30. Then I call Devon.
"Devon, guess what?"
Devon has no idea - "what." in a monotone voice.
"I have great news - listen to this, ..." then I read the letter to him.
He geniuinly sounded surprised and happy! He's so excited! Now he can go the rest of the day with the good news.
Later that day, at work, he heard Hannah Orr, Steven Saxey and others made it into BYU too!
Congratulations to Devon and the others - what a huge accomplishment!!!!
