Today the principal at Liberty Elementary school, Jane Smith, called me to offer me a permanent substitute position to teach 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders in the resource room. This is what used to be called special ed. There are 14 boys and girls in total - not all of them at any one time. I will be subbing for a lady going on maternity leave.
I accepted the position and am very excited. I should start next Thursday.
