Marissa called me Monday morning saying that she was feeling terrible; could I come get her. Well, ironically I was at NOHS for a PTSA meeting, so I brought her home with me.
She was in bad shape. She had the shakes, chills, aches, and pains. By the time we got home she had a fever and felt awful. Lots of water and Tylenol every 4 hours. Fever got up to 101, but she still felt terrible.
Day two. She was not better, and in the morning her throat hurt too. A trip to the urgent care gave her antibiotics. Around 6:00 p.m she finally started to feel a little bet - a ray of sunshine!
