Mark has surgery on his elbow

10/22/10 Mark and I head off to Baptist North Hospital for his bursa to be removed from his left elbow.

This is the third surgery Mark has had in his entire life. The first was his ruptured appendix, the second was for a deviated septum and now this injury induced problem.

Everyone couldn't get over what GREAT health Mark was in. His pulse was only 35-48 the entire time.
Mark before surgery.

After surgery wasn't as GOOD. Mark (& I) don't do well with anesthesia. We both would rather suffer with the pain than feel nauseous and sick. After Mark got some peanut butter and crackers he felt a little better. The BEST was getting to come home. He slept all afternoon and woke with no pain...no pain killers.

Mark is AMAZING!
