Devon's 18th Birthday

  Devon officially turned 18 years old.  

As you know Devon doesn't like having his picture taken, so he is being very nice to me right now.  Mark and Betsy have a special gift for him.

Oh, My, Gosh

Devon's parents deposited a set amount of money in Devon's savings account for him to use at college as needed.  He wasn't expecting this at all.  We are very proud of Devon for all that he has accomplished at school, in sports, and in scouting.  Devon is a great example to his younger brother and sister for dedication, determination and devotion to school academics and programs.

Devon doesn't like birthday cake so Betsy got him a gigantic Cookie Cake and put 18 candles on it plus 2 special candles for good luck.

Devon made a special wish and blew out the candles - it took him two tries so we know he has "2" girlfriends.  hee hee!
