At 1:00, Mark and Devon attended the temple to prepare Devon for his endowment.
There isn't very much that can be shared about it outside the temple except to say it was such a wonderful experience for him, and us (as his parents).
About an hour into the session there was a terrible thunderstorm that caused the power to go out. Even with the power outage (which lasted around 20 minutes) it didn't take away from the day. Actually, by the end of the session we didn't even remember it.
After the session a few ladies came up and commented on how Devon was such a thoughtful and wonderful young man. Oh, my goodness! I was just beaming. He's so amazing...
Devon is so ready - we are so proud of him!
We are so blessed!!!!
