Jessica and Tate arrive - Day in Cincinnati

Betsy drove up to Cincinnati on Thursday  night because Tate and Jessica came in Friday morning on a red eye from Las Vegas.  She stayed at the Marriott (where we stayed before leaving for Cancun). She has been working on Marriott as her focus company at Sullivan.  It was fun to observe all the changes that she reports on.  They have done an amazing job updating their image and style.

Jessica and Tate arrived at 5:15 am and took the Marriott shuttle to the airport.  Betsy met them in the lobby and took them up to the room. We all went back to bed.  Unfortunately, Betsy couldn't sleep that well (she didn't go to bed until 1:30 am, then had to be up 4 hours later, and now can't sleep)  UGH!!!
After a while Betsy got up and went to work out while Jessica and Tate continued to catch up on sleep.  After her workout, she and Jessica went to get Breakfast at a nearby McDonald's - taking a scenic route through the airport - and returning in time.  At 12:00 Tate had a phone interview with a company for an internship in Provo.

We ate and checked out.  From there we went to the Newport Aquarium.  Betsy has always wanted to go here, but the kids schedules and such have made it difficult. Finally, a day to relax and enjoy.  We had an amazing time - seeing sharks, fish, sting rays, walking over the sharks, etc.  On our way out we ate a light bit at Mitchell's sea food on the Ohio river.  It was wonderful!!!

  

Everyone was happy to see Jessica and Tate at home!!!  My Merry Christmas present!!!
