Our Family Summer Vacation (part 1)

Day 1: July 16

Today we left the house around 7:00 am to head out for our family vacation. We have big plans:

1. Friday - Drive to Tulsa, OK

2. Saturday - Drive to Albuquerque, NM

3. Sunday - Drive to Flagstaff, AZ to meet Grandfather and Grannie Lingel

4. Visit with Grandfather and Grannie on Monday and Tuesday

5. Wednesday - Drive to Grand Canyon (South Rim)

6. Drive to St. George, UT

7. Thursday - Visit with Grandpa Lowe and Aunts/Uncles and cousins in St. George

8. Friday - Drive to Zion National Park for Lowe Family Reunion (hike Zion)

9. Saturday - Family Reunion

10. Sunday - end Family Reunion - Drive to Provo, UT

11. Monday - Take Jessica and Devon to EFY at BYU Provo

12. Tuesday - Betsy, Mark, Marissa and Robert hike Mt. Timpanogus (all day) - Drive to Salt Lake City

13. Wednesday - Tour Salt Lake City, take Daddy to the airport

14. Thursday - Buccaneer Bay in SLC, UT

15. Friday - Tour more in SLC, UT and drive to Provo, UT

16. Saturday - Pick up Jessica and Devon from EFY, Drive EAST

17. Sunday - Continue driving EAST - hope to make it to St. Louis, MO

18. Monday - Arrive in Louisville!!!

Unfortunately, those plans didn't come to fruition.
