We miss Jern Jern

Jern Jern has been gone almost three months now. It's hard to believe how empty the house feels without her here.

It is true - we are a very busy and active family, but that doesn't take away from the missing one heart feels for another. Jern Jern was a very special part of our family for the past year, and now she is where she is supposed to be, with her real family, but that doesn't stop me from loving and missing her.

I hope she is well. I hope she is faithful and happy. I hope she is having a wonderful school year and meeting new friends. I hope all the best for her, and that we can see her again some day.
