Mockingbird Tournament - game 1

9/25/10 - Bright and early Saturday morning with the sun just lighting up the fields at Bullitt Estates, 16 anxious soccer players arrive ready to win three games, advancing to the finals.

Their first game against Indianapolis Revolution stated at 9:10 a.m on the back fields. It was an evenly matched game; both sides attacking, both sides defending - good teamwork. At half time the score was 0-0.

Robert had a great game. He played almost every minute and made great passes and connections. It isn't easy for him to stay on defense all the time - he likes to be up in the front as well.

The game didn't end the same way. We scored on them, and then the other team scored one. With about seven minutes left in the game, the other team scored a second goal. We spent the rest of the game trying to play catch up instead of playing soccer. We lost 2-1.
