Devon is the quiet one in our family. I don't mean that he's quiet around the house...that certainly isn't the case, but he's not one that is out there making school records in sports, or playing on the BEST soccer team in KY, but he is a very hard worker and what I'm about to post is proof that it pays off.
Devon (along with every other 8th grader in the state of KY) took the KCCT placement test last April/May. Yesterday we received the results. (I'm going to cry).
Devon scored a PERFECT 880 out of 880 on the mathmatics section of the test. Oh-my-goodness! I'm so proud of him. He loves math and science (they didn't test science)!!!! He loves learning!!!! He is so smart.
I'm so thankful people like Sue Mason, Joy Kinney, Jenna McKenney and Barbara Schott were in his life that really helped him while in school (where I couldn't be).
Congratulations to Devon!!! I'm proud to be his cousin!!!
