This was a tough loss for Robert because he was playing against most of the boys that he plays with on his KFJ team. Yep, Ben Carper, Ben Levech, Garrett Goodbud, Ian Wyatt and others were there.
We were doing okay but they capitalized on our weak side. Robert played a great game and played almost the entire game - unfortunately this is the week his coaches decided to change up the formation, and the play movement. Several of the players are still lost in the transition.
We held our own and the game was intense 100% of the time. We had some good shots that just didn't turn into goals. It was a bummer. Robert had a great pass to Dylan but the goalie blocked it (great block) and he had a great header for a goal, but the goalie jumped to catch it.
The game ended 2 (NOHS) - 4 (Trinity)... any other day we could have won this game.
