Betsy's Graduation from Sullivan University, Summa Cum Laude

This was such a special day for Betsy.  She has always wanted to go to university like everyone else, but didn't have the funds when leaving high school.  She attended night school taking one or two classes at a time until 1991, when she was able to attend classes full time after marrying Mark.  With the birth of her first daughter, Jessica, Betsy postponed the remaining 16 credits to achieve her Associates Degree.  Four kids later and moving from Chicago to Virginia to Ohio, back to Virginia and then to England, Betsy wasn't able to go back to University the family moved to Kentucky and Robert started attending Kindergarten.  In 2004, She started attending Jefferson Community and Technical College graduating part time.  In 2007 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.82 GPA and on the Dean's List each semester.  She should have immediately transferred to the University of Louisville and finished her bachelor degree, but her kid's activities took priority and it wasn't until 2016 that she returned to full time student life, taking 16-20 credits per semester, at Sullivan University to finish with her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.   She fell in love with the opportunity to attend class and learn from amazing professors.  She particularly liked Professor Moran, Professor Kiblowski, and Professor Zach.  Her long anticipated dream of earning her bachelor degree was achieved on April 22, 2017.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA and on the Dean's List each term.
