Robert's basketball team has their second season game today at 11:30 against Shelbyville. Today Mason, Ben, Robert, Ryan, Nash, Noah, Jate, Andrew and Ben are able to play.
The game will run the same amount of time, but there will be no warm up time, and no time inbetween quarters because there is a wedding reception immediately following the game.
Robert starts and takes the tip. He's got a great stretch. The Harmony boys are playing great, but losing the pass at the last moment, or just missing the basket. You can tell they didn't get a chance to warm up - but the same is true for the other team.
Half time score 13-9 (our lead).
Robert starts the second half and they go after it. Between Robert, Ben and Mason, we control and dominate the game. Robert feeds Mason the ball - swoosh!!! Shelbyville wasn't able to score that quarter.
Third quarter 13-29
The pattern continues in the fourth quarter. The team works well together. I think almost everyone scored (not the Deacons). Mason lead with points and Robert lead with assists, 2nd in points. From half time on, the team doubled Shelbyville's score.
Victory 19 - 42!!!
