Dear Mark and Betsy,
We are so sorry to
find out today that Sister Lowe is being transferred out of our Stake. We have grown to love your daughter. She is a special young women that you can be
very proud of. I tried to convince
President Allred to leave her here for one more transfer but I guess not.
Anyway, she is doing
awesome and we did our best to take good care of her!
