So it's been two weeks with our new soccer coach, Nathan Pitcock. Today is the first real game since getting him as a coach. We've had two weeks of practice, so we aren't expecting miracles, but it will be good to see what the boys have picked up.
We were playing against Warren County, a very good team for the Cincinnati area. The game started at 12:30 pm in Versailles, KY. We started off not looking very good (Robert didn't start) but then as the game went on we started to work together as a team. Robert played about 15 minutes in the first half and 15 minutes in the second half. He had a good game with good saves. Warren County was the first to score, but then we scored, and scored again in the last 10 minutes of the game. The other team played extremely hard to get another goal, but Robert, Big C and team worked hard to defend the goal.
The game ended with a win 2-1. YEAH!!!
