Seeing Devon and Sierra

One of the first things we did was arrange time to spend time with Devon and Sierra.  On the second night in Provo we took them to Brick Oven.

After dinner we went back to the apartment to play games for just a little bit.

On Tuesday Marissa arrived from Rexburg, ID.  Betsy (me) took Devon, Sierra and Marissa to Brooker's Ice Cream.  It is one of their favorite places to go.  We enjoyed delicious ice cream and enjoyed each other's company.

The day after Thanksgiving we had Devon and Sierra meet us at Zuppa's for dinner after Dad, Marissa and I went shopping.  It was crazy weather, but warm inside.  It was wonderful to hang out with them while we enjoyed a delicious healthy dinner.  We were only inside the mall for an hour, but the snow accumulated quickly.  Luckily, we were all able to drive there and home safely.

Saturday Devon and Sierra had a wedding but in between the wedding and the reception we were able to have them meet us for lunch at Cubby's barbecue.  Marissa and Devon brought Chick-fil-A while the rest of us ate Cubby's.  It was wonderful to see them together.

Sunday we woke up to snow.  We went to church with Devon both weeks.  The second week Marissa was able to join us too.  The first week Cayson was wonderful.  It was so fun to be with him, but the second week he showed us what he is normally like. Since it snowed, Devon and I started a snowball fight with Cayson.  Super fun.

Later, on Sunday evening Devon and Sierra came over to open one Christmas Present from us, and then they took the rest of their presents home with them.  This saved me from mailing them from Austin later.
