Birthday Lunch

Today was a special treat for me.  I love getting together with friends, and I do not do it enough.  Luckily today, Paula and Maureen and I chose to have a birthday lunch together.  My birthday is first - March, Maureen's is April, and Paula's isn't until later.  Since Paula works doing taxes, it is better to meet earlier in the month to avoid all the time demands the closer time gets to the tax deadline of April 15.

We had a wonderful time going to lunch at First Watch.  It was my first time there.  It is so very healthy and all natural. 

WE had the best time.  We laugh, share and talk.  We could have stayed there for hours.  It is crazy how fast the time went by. 

It's also hard to believe that that could be our last time getting together.  That's really sad when you think about it.  Maureen has been my neighbor for nearly 17 years and Paula has been my neighbor for at least 8 years... probably more.  It's been so long, I can't even remember when they moved in.
