Week 12 - to Mom ... Oh My Gosh ... tears of joy

Mom!
So I got your email and that is so exciting that dad gets to see Devon's mission. So at zone conference sister Allred and president Allred came up to me and told me that my family wanted to visit me here in Logan. They told me that I will get to see Devon. I started to cry. I was so happy that I will get to see Devon. I don't usually cry when I'm happy and I actually haven't cried at all since I've been on my mission here in Logan, but when they told me that I was going to see Devon I couldn't help it. I just miss him so much! Also they said it's fine if my family sees me too so I'm pretty sure dad can see me too if he wants. My president isn't that strict and he said it'd be fine if my family came.
Tuesday is a super busy day for us but we do have 5pm open for dinner, but we have another lesson at 6:15 so I can only see dad and Devon for about an hour and then I have to leave:/ I'm so excited to see them even if it is just for an hour. I got my package of the granola bars and shirt!! thank you so much. I hope school is going well for you too. I know you probably wanted to see me but I'm glad that you are getting an education and motivated to do that. I miss you and love you.

Also can you send me my eye prescription I still haven't gotten that. Look at the last email I sent you and it shows an example of what I need.

Also I went to the temple this week with my recent convert and we met an older man there and his name was Brother Gesses. He said he has a grandma or something that lives in Franklin Idaho named Lydia Lowe. I told him that my ancestors are from Franklin (i remember mom told me that). So is she related to us? It was cool ‘cause the old man was like we are long lost cousins, haha.

We got your letters today! My companion was so happy to get a letter so thank you for that! I love getting letters!!
