On Friday, June 28, 2013 at 2:00 Robert Thomas Lowe was introduced at Oldham County Fiscal Court for earning his Eagle Scout Rank at the age of 14. He was very nervous when the Judge Voegele called him, along with his whole family up to the podium. He spoke about himself and about his Eagle project. Robert, addressed as Rob, was presented with a Proclamation from the Judge.
