Hello from Utah

Really!! That's so cold and yet you were warm! How crazy! I miss Devon and hope he knows how much I care for him and live him! He is such a great guy and an example to me!

Does you dad really attend church every week? That is honestly wonderful! I didn't think he cared that much that I went on a mission! That's so wonderful that he is able to go to church and feel the saviors love each week! Does he partake of the sacrament? Even though he drinks still?

So glad that I got your packages this week and I got a package from the stake in Kentucky. They sent letters and a bag full of candy and I just feel so blessed that so many people are looking after me! Tell all the youth that I really appreciate all the candy and kind words! It makes life soo sweet when I get home from a hard day of work and I have a bag of American chocolate to eat from! Blessings!!

Thank you so much for your package and all those snacks and candy too. Also I am grateful for those new pants cause I definitely needed them. I love you so much and you are such a great mom just remember that!

It’s was a small miracle.  The temperature was only 34 ish and yet we were all warm and it didn’t feel cold.  What a blessing.

You are on a very special mission.  Devon has to miss Jessica ‘s wedding.  He knows how much you love him and you would have been there too!!!

We are so proud of you.  I’ve never heard my dad talk about him being so happy you are on a mission.  He is so proud of you.  He’s so happy and feels that this is such an important work for you to be doing.  Wow!!  Do you know he now attends church every week!!  My dad.  Look at the great blessings that have come from the four of our children serving missions and bring excellent examples of Christ like love.  Thank you ❤️❤️❤️.
Have a great day,

Wow I'm so glad that everything went super well and that Devon is a married man. Those photos all look awesome! Wasn't it cold in Utah? And yet everyone is wearing short sleeves?

Wow sounds like it was a great day and it was kind of a reunion. I'm sorry I couldn't make it but tell Devon how proud of him I am and that I'm so happy for him.

Love you mom! Thanks for all the photos!!

So it’s official- Devon is Married 🎩.  It was the best day ever!!  He was sooooo happy.  Sierra was absolutely beautiful.

Here is one photo - we don’t have many yet but we did get some beautiful photos that they took before the wedding.  So it was incredible,  all these friends came from st. George, Louisville and BYU.  Then add Uncle Kevin, Jordan and Alan came with aunt Shauna, and aunt susan, Kailani, Mikayla, Brenda and Kathy.  Uncle steve and Becky came too!  Grandfather and grannie.  Lots of friends...  it was so special.  We missed you but we are so proud of you and happy you are on your mission.

I am so excited to hear about your week!

I hope it has gone well.  I hope you remember all the lessons you are learning.  They will help you the rest of your life.

Everyone sends their love.  Here are the girls from the wedding
