Robert plays Fantastic against the Blitz

Saturday, November 10, 2012 - at the same time Marissa and Devon's team are running in the state championship for cross country, Robert was driving with our good friends, the Clines to Evansville, IN to participate in the Veteran's Invitational Tournament.

Their first game was at 12:30 (CT - 1:30 our time).  Robert started in defense because we had a guest coach, but he quickly learned that Robert is good at defense but great in the mid.  Robert played a great game.  We controlled the ball 90% of the time and took approximately 20 shots on goal, but only made 1.

We won 1-0.  Hard to believe we couldn't get any more in, but a win is a win!
