Betsy's Shoulder Issue

What a crazy time it has been.  Probably for the past two years I have had reduction in movement and lack of strength in my left shoulder and arm.  At times it is a problem but other times it is something I just live with.

When Marissa came to Texas, we played tennis.  It was obvious with the first swing of my racket that something was worse with my arm/shoulder, but we continued to play...that is until I took an overhead swing to ace the ball.  It killed my shoulder and arm, and I didn't even get the point.

Two days later I got a CT which then required me to get an MRI on my back and shoulder.  It turns out that there is nerve impingement on my C5 and C6 vertebra which is causing the nerve damage that effects my arm and shoulder.

I started PT.  I go two times a week and do exercises at home.
