Ski Trip to Utah with family

Betsy is sooo very excited to have everyone back to together.  She planned a ski trip for everyone now that Marissa is back from her mission.

We arrived at Salt Lake Airport on Wednesday, January 3rd.  We got the rental van and headed to Provo to get warm clothing for the boys since they forgot to pack it.  We also got Marissa checked into her new apartment (this took forever).

Finally we are headed to SLC were we will have dinner at Cafe'Rio with Marissa's mission companion, Sister Davis (no longer Sister, but Elizabeth).  We met her and her mom there.  It was so nice to get to meet her and learn more about her.  Marissa and Sister Davis are best friends.

While there Betsy, Jessica and Tate ran to the grocery store to get food for the vacation!  Devon and Sierra drive up separate from us and tour around Park City.

Off we go ... but on the way ... actually only 5 miles from Park City, the car runs over a steel pipe laying in the road on the interstate that pops two of our tires.  YIKES!

Luckily, thanks to Uber, the kids take a ride to the condo via Uber while Mark and I sit on the side of the road and wait for an exchange vehicle.  About an hour after the kids left the Avis guy arrives with a new van.  We take off!

When we arrive it's after 11:00 PM at night - what a long day.  We settle into the condo.   We are happy to be there!

We spend four days in Park City.  We relax, eat, enjoy stories and games.
