Robert Repels at Red River Gorge

Saturday, November 11:  Robert and a huge group of scouts leave the area and head to the Red River Gorge to camp for the night.  The next morning they will hike to the bluff to repel 120 feet of straight flat rock - straight down.

Getting harnised up

Watching Jake go down

over the hardest part

Robert looks like a natural

Robert had a great time.  The view was amazing.  Almost all the scouts did repel and climb back up.  It was 120 feet.  Robert was the second scout to go, following Jake (17).

The one thing his leaders said to me was, "He has  no fear."

Isn't that the truth!
